Deputy Manager Inventory Lead– (Retail Ethnic)

• Responsible to manage the backend inventory operations.
• Manage Omnichannel Stores across Pakistan.
• Ensure stock/products are visible across all digital channels.
• Manage internal stakeholders for inventory receiving and management along with coordination with Internal Audit.
• Periodic analysis of stock to identify non sellable stock and planning its movement.
• Planning inventory movements/store transfers to optimize online / digital sales.
• Analyzing online sales and acting as buyer/merchant for online channel. Coordination with other cross functional teams to develop future inventory plans.
• Responsible to integrate ERP and multiple software with website. Periodic validation of data transferred through integration.
• Reengineer, introduce automation of backend processes & build SOPs. Implement processes & SOPs around operations to ensure goals/KPI achievement.
• Complete management of backend CMS. Responsible to manage the backend order life cycle.
• Coordination with logistic and other partners to ensure smooth operations. Reconciliation of orders and returns on periodic basis to ensure implementation of SLAs.
• Coordination with banks and financial institution for refunds, chargeback & pre-arbitration cases resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Any other task assigned by line manager.

Manager Creative – ( Outfitters Marketing)

• • • Being the main thought leader and expert on the latest in paid media strategies, frameworks with additional/complementary expertise in CRM, SEO, Merchandising a plus.
    • Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPI’s via paid, owned & earned media channels.
    • Strategic thinking – Ability to understand, digest, and turn data and markets trends into actionable media opportunities, on both the short and long term.
    • Partner with Marketing and Retail team to drive traffic & sales during key yearly campaigns.
    • Identify the right audience segments to drive higher ROI & conversion rate.
    • To improve key KPI’s – Conv Rate, AOV.
    • Drive initiatives to improve the traffic into E-store.
    • Direct and manage and work closely with the agency partners (Google, Facebook & Tiktok) to improve campaign performance and targeting improvements, search query mining, keyword expansion, improvement of bid management processes.
    • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan, and improve overall organizational capabilities & expertise within Provinces or specified cities if possible.
    • Increase brand penetration by working on Brand Awareness.
    • Offline store integrations with digital platforms.
