Manager Digital Marketing
Duties & Responsibilities

Being the main thought leader and expert on the latest in paid media strategies, frameworks with additional/complementary expertise in CRM, SEO, Merchandising a plus.
- Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPI’s via paid, owned & earned media channels.
- Strategic thinking – Ability to understand, digest, and turn data and markets trends into actionable media opportunities, on both the short and long term.
- Partner with Marketing and Retail team to drive traffic & sales during key yearly campaigns.
- Identify the right audience segments to drive higher ROI & conversion rate.
- To improve key KPI’s – Conv Rate, AOV.
- Drive initiatives to improve the traffic into E-store.

Direct and manage agencies to improve campaign performance and targeting improvements, search query mining, keyword expansion, improvement of bid management processes.

Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan, and improve overall organizational capabilities & expertise within Provinces or specified cities if possible.
Qualification
Masters in Marketing
Experience
6 – 7 years
